Com o liquidificador ligado, ralar um coco. Retirar do copo e juntar a 1kg de açúcar, 1 pacotinho de baunilha, 1 clara. Fazer bolinhas e passar no açúcar cristal. Colocar em papel de bala ou em forminhas de papel.
